ART that SOLD
A collection of found steel, aluminum, brass and wood rings. Copper wire is threaded through a thin layer of recycled birch covered with encaustic paint (pigmented wax) with LED lights embedded in electrical light covers. A vintage rotary light switch turns the lights on. You'll also find a porcelain drawer pull, brass filings, scrap gadget box, model railroad trees and figure, with the insides of a scrapped alarm clock to finish it and provide a clue to the title.
