ART that SOLD
Built on a background laminated with a photograph I shot inside a shed while looking for a piece of wood to support a video projector for the Smokey Robinson show at The Festival at Sandpoint in August of 2008. A frame sample given to me by my friend, Lorna St. John at the Hamilton Film Company, a disk of grass shot on Lake Titicaca in Peru, four squares of a decaying sign in China, a rounded square closeup image of Lapel Pin #1, a semi-successful laser transfer image to a very small canvas with green paint touchups and a jaunty copper tail finished with thick oil paint make up the pieces of this composition. Where's Waldo, indeed!
